Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT > Lessons must be paid in advance. > Ad hoc lesson fees are due at time of scheduling. > No refunds are offered; however, rescheduling is allowed in accordance with the CANCELLATIONS policy below. > Once payment has been received, the student must commit to taking the lessons purchased. Lessons not taken as scheduled will be forfeited, except in cases allowed by the CANCELLATIONS policy. CANCELLATIONS > Lessons are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, they must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. > Any notifications under 48 hours’ notice will result in the student forfeiting that lesson's fee. > It is the student's responsibility to contact the teacher for make-up lesson availability. ​ > Once a lesson has been rescheduled or made up, it cannot be rescheduled again. NO SHOW POLICY > Students should reach out as soon as possible if running more than 15 minutes late. > If no communication has been made after 15 minutes, the student will be considered a “No Show."
